Security & Assurance

Delivery speed only matters when quality, security, continuity, and ownership stay visible.

Lightheart integrates senior review, explicit quality gates, release discipline, and documentation into delivery. Security and reliability are treated as part of the working model, including target-platform controls where the environment provides them, alongside engagement-specific review, release, and handover controls.

Delivery controls

  • Senior-reviewed implementation.
  • Architecture review on material technical decisions.
  • Release-oriented quality gates.
  • Use of target-platform controls, managed services, and established security baselines where relevant.
  • Documentation and transfer context included in delivery.

Working inside client environments

Lightheart is designed to operate within existing client-side tools, release processes, and technical constraints. Access, coordination, and delivery boundaries are aligned to the engagement rather than handled informally.

Platform security baselines

Where work runs on major cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Lightheart aligns delivery to the target environment’s native controls, managed security features, and established infrastructure baselines where appropriate, alongside engagement-specific review and release controls.

Data and confidentiality

Confidentiality and data processing obligations are addressed contractually. Where processing roles apply, appropriate clauses are used within the agreement structure.

Support and escalation

Where a workstream includes post-release continuity, support scope, escalation routes, and response expectations are defined as part of the engagement model rather than left implicit.

Legal baseline

Lightheart Tech is a brand of Lightheart Holding B.V. and uses the NLdigital Terms as contractual baseline, with the full source text available for review.

Continuity and handover

Documentation, release context, and ownership transfer are included so work can continue cleanly inside the client environment after delivery.
